PAYMENT

Payment is required at the time of purchase via Direct Checkout (major credit cards accepted

  • South Carolina Sales tax will be charged on all purchases.

  • Coupon codes and special discounts are not valid on custom orders including soap favors and large quantity purchases that already reflect bulk pricing.

PROCESSING

Most of our products are made to order.

  • Please allow 3-4 days for processing, before shipping, unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS using priority mail, within 3-4 business days of purchase (custom items and favors may be shipped UPS Ground and will have a longer processing and shipping time).

  • Flat rate shipping & handling is $8.00

  • Please contact me with your postal code for a custom listing if you'd rather have an exact shipping quote for multiple items.

  • If you are in need of rush delivery, please contact me for options.

  • We do offer International shipping but cannot be held responsible for lengthy ship times and/or customs hold ups. International packages are subject to being opened and inspected when going through customs. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering a gift to be shipped directly to a recipient.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are welcome!  I enjoy putting together beautiful gift sets and would be happy to ship directly to your recipient.

  • Custom Orders / Listings: I am more than happy to put together custom listings.

  • Please purchase & pay within 48 hours of being notified of your custom listing.

  • Special requests for a new type of soap may be accommodated.

  • Minimum purchase will apply.

  • Turnaround time approx. 4-6 weeks.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I truly hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not for any reason, please contact me right away so I can have the opportunity to rectify the problem for you.

10 DAYS REFUND/RETURN POLICY

  • If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  •  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rawessencesoaps.com and send your item to: PO Box 37584 Rock Hill South Carolina US 29732.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
